Deep Work. Quiet Mind.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist in Austin, TX, I specialize in Deep Tissue, Structural Reset, and nervous system regulation. My goal for every session is to find the root of your tension—whether it’s "Tech Neck" from hours at a desk or tight hips from marathon training—and create lasting relief.

I am a graduate of the renowned Lauterstein-Conway Massage School, where I trained in the Lauterstein Method—a specialized modality that combines deep, structural precision with a calming, intuitive touch. This allows me to work deeply into chronic holding patterns without the "flinching" or pain often associated with deep tissue work.

From Burnout to Bodywork

Before finding my path in massage, I spent over a decade in video production and digital media. I know exactly what it feels like to sit at a computer for 10 hours a day, battling migraines, eye strain, and upper back knots.

That experience gave me a unique understanding of the "Office Athlete." I don't just treat your symptoms; I understand the daily stress that creates them. My background in detail-oriented editing now translates into a meticulous, focused approach to your anatomy.

Group of Runners

Runner and Recovery Specialist

As an active member of the Austin Front Runners and a longtime distance runner, I understand the demands we place on our bodies. I have supported athlete recovery at the Austin Marathon, Cap10K, and the Austin Distance Challenge.

Whether you are training for your first 5K or just trying to keep up with life, I treat your recovery with the same seriousness as a pro athlete's.
